Terms of Service
RapportLink™ is currently offered as a free beta for adult business users. The current service terms are the RapportLink™ Beta Participation Agreement, version 2026-10-03.2, reproduced below with its Beta Privacy Notice and electronic records provisions.

1. Parties and voluntary beta participation
This agreement is between RapportLink™, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (RapportLink™), and the individual signing below (you). You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the business records and connected accounts you provide. Participation is voluntary and for evaluation of pre-release business software. Signing does not authorize you to bind a brokerage or another person. Each participating user must have a separate account and accept this agreement.
2. Free evaluation; no paid subscription
This beta carries no subscription charge and does not enroll you in a paid plan. Any future paid service requires separate agreement. Features, availability, and the beta period may change. No production release, continued free access, feature, result, or support response time is promised. Text messaging is not offered to beta testers unless RapportLink™ separately enables it after the applicable setup and consent requirements are met.
3. Beta limitations and your professional responsibilities
RapportLink™ is unfinished software. Errors, interruptions, incorrect analyses, missed notifications, delayed delivery, and data loss are possible. Keep independent copies of transaction documents and important records, and independently track deadlines. You remain responsible for your professional duties, brokerage supervision, contract interpretation, client instructions, records retention, advertising, and communications. Do not rely on RapportLink™ as your only transaction file, deadline tracker, or delivery record.
4. AI and automated communications
AI summaries, extracted facts, checklist status, calculations, suggestions, and generated content may be incomplete or wrong. Check them against original documents and reliable sources before acting. RapportLink™ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, appraisal, or other licensed professional advice and does not replace your broker or appropriate advisers. Review recipients, dates, content, sender identity, and permissions before sending. If you enable automatic communications, you authorize messages within the settings you select and remain responsible for monitoring them. A sent or accepted status does not by itself establish receipt. This agreement does not grant marketing email or SMS consent on behalf of you or any contact.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Use only accounts, workspaces, data, and integrations you are authorized to access. Protect credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to support@rapportlink.com. Do not share logins, attempt to access another user's private information, circumvent access restrictions, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not enter payment-card security codes, account passwords, or unnecessary highly sensitive personal information. Redact unnecessary sensitive details from uploaded documents. Obtain permissions required for uploads, contact imports, connected services, and client communications.
6. Ownership, feedback, and confidential information
You retain your rights in the records and content you supply. You authorize RapportLink™ and its service providers to process that information as needed to operate, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service, as described in the Beta Privacy Notice below. RapportLink™ retains its rights in its software, designs, workflows, documentation, and other intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the beta for your authorized evaluation. Do not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer nonpublic software except as applicable law permits. Keep nonpublic technical information and other users' information confidential, and do not publish private screenshots, documents, or access credentials. Confidentiality does not cover information lawfully public, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction. It does not prohibit truthful reviews, opinions, legally protected reports, or disclosures required by law. Feedback is voluntary; you grant RapportLink™ a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use feedback to improve its products, without transferring ownership of your client records.
7. Support access
Authorized RapportLink™ personnel may access information reasonably needed to respond to your support request, troubleshoot a failure, or investigate a security issue. This does not give every brokerage administrator access to other organizations. Where support sessions are used, access must be authorized and recorded. Do not give support personnel your password. Contact support@rapportlink.com for assistance, privacy requests, or to report a problem.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BETA IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. RAPPORTLINK™ DOES NOT GUARANTEE TRANSACTION OUTCOMES, DEADLINE ACCURACY, MESSAGE DELIVERY, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST. Nothing in this agreement excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAPPORTLINK™ AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOST COMMISSIONS, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM THE BETA. THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS BETA AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED US $100. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. These provisions allocate risk for a free, experimental business service; they do not eliminate your nonwaivable rights.
10. Ending participation and changes
You may stop using the beta at any time and request account closure or a copy of available records at support@rapportlink.com. RapportLink™ may suspend or end beta access for misuse, security, technical, or business reasons. Where reasonably practicable, RapportLink™ will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve records; immediate action may be necessary for security or misuse. Keep independent copies throughout testing. Ending access does not automatically erase retained agreement, security, backup, or legally required records. Materially revised beta terms will be presented for a new acceptance before further use; previous signed versions remain associated with their original acceptance records. Ownership, confidentiality, applicable disclaimers and limitations, and record-retention provisions survive termination to the extent applicable.
11. Governing terms
Nevada law governs this agreement, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve concerns through support@rapportlink.com. This agreement does not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim where applicable law permits. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. This document and its Beta Privacy Notice are the agreement for this beta; no promise of a particular result or insurance coverage is made.
Beta Privacy Notice — operator and information
RapportLink™, LLC operates this beta. We process account and profile details, brokerage and license information, contacts, transaction records, documents, images, tasks, calendar items, drafts, messages, feedback, connected-service data you authorize, and technical/security records. For this agreement we retain your account identifier and email at signing, typed name, the accepted text and version, consent choices, acceptance time, and available request/network and browser information. A typed signature identifies the account's attestation; it is not an identity-document verification or notarization.
Beta Privacy Notice — use and service providers
We use information to provide the requested workflows, operate and secure the beta, provide support, diagnose failures, and maintain business and acceptance records. Authorized workspace members may see records according to their permissions. Service providers process relevant information for hosting, database, storage, email, integrations, and AI. These include Neon, Cloudflare, Brevo, Google when connected, and OpenAI for enabled AI functions, as well as the hosting provider used for deployment. Twilio supports messaging where separately enabled; beta acceptance does not enable texting. AI functions may transmit selected document content and relevant records to the AI provider. Connected providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information or provide contact lists to others for their independent marketing. We may disclose information as legally required or to protect rights and security.
Beta Privacy Notice — choices, retention, and contact
You may disconnect integrations through available settings or request help, request access/correction/export/deletion, or request account closure by emailing support@rapportlink.com. We may verify your identity and authority. Disconnecting a service does not erase information already saved. Records are retained as needed to operate the service, provide support, meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and document agreements; some records may remain temporarily in backups. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service is risk-free. Essential session cookies support login and security. This service is intended for adult business users. Material changes to this beta notice will be presented with updated terms. Do not upload information you lack permission to provide.
Electronic records and signing
You may read, download, or print this agreement before signing and retain your signed copy afterward. To participate electronically you need a browser, internet access, and a way to save or print the document. You can decline by signing out and contacting support@rapportlink.com about alternatives; no alternative enrollment method is promised. You may withdraw consent for future electronic agreements by contacting that address and stopping beta use. Withdrawal does not invalidate records already signed. Review and correct your typed name before selecting Sign agreement. Your account email is recorded separately and cannot be changed on this form.
